What we collect
Your application holds only what you choose to share with us: your name, contact details, the worlds you move in, and the references you offer. We do not collect information about protected characteristics, and we never will.
Identity verification
Identity checks are performed by Veriff, a specialist verification provider. Your identity documents are handled entirely by Veriff and are never transmitted to or stored by the house. We retain only the outcome of the check and a reference number.
Background screening
Where you consent to background screening, it is conducted narrowly, for the purpose of protecting the membership, and its results are seen only by the small team responsible for admissions.
Who sees your application
Applications are read personally by the house team — no algorithms, no outsourcing, no sharing. We never confirm or deny anyone's membership or candidacy, to anyone, for any reason.
Retention and removal
If your application does not proceed, you may ask us to delete it entirely and we will. Write to us at any time to review, correct, or remove what you have shared.
